HUSD/HEA Reach Tentative Contract Agreement

We are pleased to share that HUSD and the Hayward Education Association (HEA) reached a tentative settlement agreement today. This tentative agreement is for the full HEA collective bargaining agreement for the 2022-2025 school years. The parties worked collectively to reach a settlement that includes many negotiated items, including salary increases for both the 2022-23 and 2023-24 school years.
