YEP is gathering ideas and feedback from our elementary school community, families, and students on additional enrichment, academic, social, emotional, and physical activity programs for TK-6th grade students in our before school, after school, summer, and intersession YEP programs.

Community partners can participate by completing one of the following (click on the links below):

• Student Feedback Form for students 3rd-6th grade

• Family Feedback Form for parents & caregivers of students in Transitional Kindergarten-6th grade

• Staff Feedback Form for elementary school certificated or classified staff

• Participate in a Community Discussions (open to the elementary school community and families):
