YEP's Bridge to College program is the only program in California -  and possibly, the nation - designed to provide college & career exploration to HUSD students beginning in the 7th grade through 12th grade.  In partnership with Chabot College, instructors provide courses, directly after school, to expand students’ college-level mindset and prepare for college-level work and instruction.

Bridge to College allows students to complete college courses while they complete middle school and high school. Courses offered every Spring and Fall. The course and books are free!

To participate, students must:

• Be in 9th grade to 12th grade within HUSD at the time of enrollment;
• Have a GPA of 2.0 or higher;
• Obtain permission from school counselor;
• Complete the YEP and Chabot College online application process.

YEP Bridge to College

Please complete ALL 3 STEPS to register for Fall 2026:

1) New Students: Apply to Chabot through CCCApply for Fall 2026.

• Create an account using your personal email address.
  • You will receive your W# in 2-5 business days.
• Write down your Confirmation # & CCCID.
• Returning Students: If you missed Spring 2026 Dual Enrollment semester, you need to reapply to CCCApply.

2) Log in to Chabot’s DualEnroll.com.

• New Student: Create a DualEnroll Account.
• Returning Student: Login to DualEnroll.

3) Search the CRN in DualEnroll and queue up the class.

• Queue up the course. You will need approval from a parent/guardian and a counselor. Once your request is processed by Chabot College, you will receive a notification that you are in the class.

If you have trouble receiving your student ID (W#), please email cc-earlycollege@chabotcollege.edu with your name, DOB, and Fall 2026 Confirmation number.
