Bridge to College

Bridge to College (B2C) / CCAP Dual Enrollment (CCAP DE) Classes

HUSD’s B2C program enables students to earn college credits while completing middle and high school. Courses are offered every Spring and Fall on campus, directly after school at your school campus, or sometimes online.

Bridge to College class enrollment is now underway this Fall!  Please note that we are not offering Fall classes for 7th and 8th-grade students. Eligibility for the Fall 2026 term is limited to high school students only.

HUSD's Bridge to College is one of the few programs in California -  and possibly, the nation - designed to provide college & career exploration to HUSD students beginning in the 7^th grade through 12^th grade.  In partnership with Chabot College, instructors provide courses, directly after school, to expand students’ college-level mindset and prepare for college-level work and instruction.

Bridge to College allows students to complete college courses while they complete middle school and high school. The course and books are free!

To participate, students must:

• Be 7th to 12th graders (7th & 8th graders, spring semester only) within HUSD at the time of enrollment;
• Have a GPA of 2.0 or higher;
• Obtain permission from school counselor;
• Complete the YEP and Chabot College online application process.
