Hayward Unified needs ALL families to complete their 2025–2026 Student Information Update!
Each year, caregivers must go into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete their Student Information Update. This must be done every school year to:

Provide Emergency Contact Updates / Changes

Update Parent / Legal Guardian Contact Information

Ensure Important School-To-Family Communication

Update Your Student Medical Concerns

Ensure Your School Receives Maximum Funding To Support Students
The portal is currently active for caregivers to complete the updates online.

Need support with completing your Student Information Update, resetting your Parent Portal password, or have a question? In person support is available at the Parent Resource Center Hub! Please see the details below:
Location: Parent Resource Center Hub (24823 Soto Road)
Room: 14
Parking: Available in the front of the Hub
Times: 8:00am-5:00pm (Closed for Lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
Dates: July 9, 2025-August 7, 2025
Instructions
Update your Student Information through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
- Simply go to your Infinite Campus Portal menu
- Select "More"
- Select "Online Student Information Update" to update emergency contacts, addresses, immunization records, etc.
- Lastly, go to "Documents" on the portal menu to review/update school-related forms as well as to apply for our NEW Hayward Unified School District Program* Discounts.
* Due to state and federal funding requirements, household information is required to receive district program discounts and benefits.
