Parent Surveys

Annually the Hayward Unified School District releases a California Parent survey. The survey is an opportunity for parent guardians to communicate their perceptions about their child’s school. The surveys become available annually in early January. Survey Guidance

If you have more than one child at one school, you will only need to complete one survey for your oldest student. If you have students enrolled in multiple schools, please fill out one form per school.
