The Hub
The Hub confirms the District's commitment to a Collective Impact approach to comprehensive community transformation. As a key partner in the Hayward Promise Neighborhoods Initiative (HPN) and as an emerging Full Service Community School District, the District is committed to population-level change in outcomes, such as significant gains in early literacy, school attendance, ELA and math proficiency, high school graduation, and college-going culture across the district.
