Racial Complaint
What is a Racial Complaint?
A school district-based racial complaint refers to any formal grievance or allegation filed by a student, parent, staff member, or community member within a school district regarding an incident or pattern of behavior perceived as racially discriminatory or biased. These complaints may involve a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: discriminatory treatment, harassment and bullying, lack of representation, hostile environment, institutional bias, and/or retaliation.
