California Department of Education
The California Department of Education (CDE) website has a page dedicated to English Learners, with links to information regarding legal requirements, reclassification, and more.
The CA ELA/ELD Framework was originally published in 2014, and gives educators practical information on how to implement the new ELD standards with the Common Core ELA standards, as well as Integrated ELD through other content areas. The Framework contains real-world examples of implementation through its vignettes and snapshots.
These practice tests, created by the test publisher, are designed for students at all grade levels to help prepare for the ELPAC Summative Assessment, a required test for all English Learners in California.
