Classified Evaluations
Annual classified evaluations are to be submitted to HR no later than the last work day of February each year.
You will receive, via email, evaluation schedules for all probationary employees.

Informed K12 Forms Information
You are encouraged to use Informed K12 for all classified evaluations. Please be sure to follow this step-by-step guide::
- Supervisor and employee will discuss each rating and complete the evaluation together
- Once the evaluation is completed, supervisor sends evaluation form to the employee for signature
- The employee will then send the form to supervisor for final signature
- Supervisor will send completed form to Human Resources
