Maintenance/Grounds Department

The Maintenance and Grounds Department is part of the Business Services Division and is dedicated to ensuring safe, functional, and visually appealing facilities for all students, staff, and visitors. Our team of skilled tradespeople and groundskeepers works tirelessly to maintain the integrity of school buildings and the beauty of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our Responsibilities Include:

Building Maintenance:
Our maintenance team addresses a wide range of needs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Low Voltage and other essential building trades. We focus on ensuring that school facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support daily operations and educational programs.

Grounds Maintenance:
Our grounds team oversees the care of all exterior landscapes, including lawns, trees, gardens, and athletic fields. We ensure outdoor areas are clean, attractive, and accessible for both everyday use and special events.

Repairs and Upgrades:
We respond to repair requests promptly and perform routine upgrades to extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.

Safety and Compliance:
The department conducts regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensures compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and district standards.
