The Hayward Unified School District Facilities, Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation Department (FMOT) is responsible for planning, construction, maintenance, and repair of all district buildings and grounds. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
