Hayward Unified School District is committed to establishing a positive, collaborative relationship with every family. Our Infinite Campus parent portal is the best way to stay informed about all aspects of your child’s education.

• Elementary: parents/guardians can access student schedules, attendance, and state assessment test results.
• Secondary: parents/guardians can access student schedules, attendance records, grades, assignments (if applicable), and state assessment test results.

New Applicant: I need to create a new account

STEP 1: Complete the following sign-up form (email address required)

STEP 2: A school site staff will contact you within 2 business days to verify your identity

STEP 3: You will receive an activation email within 2 business days 

STEP 4: Create a new account after clicking on the activation link 

STEP 5: Save login information

STEP 6: Log into Infinite Campus and complete the Student Information Update

Returning Applicant: I applied for an account, but have not activated it in infinite campus

STEP 1: Check your email account and look for an email with activation instructions

STEP 2: Create a new account after clicking on the activation link

Applicant with Login Issues: I have activated my account, but I forgot my password

STEP 1: If you forgot the password, click "forgot my password" and an email message will be sent to your email address with more information.

STEP 2: Log into the account and begin/complete the Student Information Update process

Online Student Information Update

In order for the district to best serve and support students, parents/guardians are required to annually update each student’s personal and medical information.  Parents/Guardians can now sign into the Infinite Campus parent portal and complete the Student Information update. Simply go to your Infinite Campus Portal menu, under "More" and click on "Student Information Update" to start the process of updating emergency contacts, addresses, immunization records, etc., or watch a helpful video. Then, go to "Documents" on the portal menu to review/update school-related forms as well as to apply for free/reduced lunch.  Schools are still in process of updating their forms for the new school year, please check back frequently for updated forms.
