Mentor Application Process

1. Review What is a Mentor?
2. Review the Mentor Criteria
3. Complete the Mentor Application Form
4. Site Administrator submit Mentor Recommendation Form 
5. Mentor MOU (upon application acceptance)
6. Required attendance: New Mentor Coaching Training (in Fall)

Coaching Workshops 2025-26

Required workshops:

• Foundations of Coaching: Tues. 9/16/25
• Mentors Years 2 & 3:  Thurs. 10/9/25
• Vet Years 4+: Tues. 10/14/25

Location: District Office, Level A Conference Room
Time: 8:30-3:30pm
