1. Review What is a Mentor?
2. Review the Mentor Criteria
3. Complete the Mentor Application Form
4. Site Administrator submit Mentor Recommendation Form 
5. Mentor Agreement (upon application acceptance)
6. Required attendance: New Mentor Coaching Training (in Fall)

Coaching Workshops 2026-27

Required workshops:

• Foundations of Coaching: Tues. 9/15/26
• Mentors Years 2 & 3:  Thurs. 9/24/26
• Vet Years 4+: Tues. 10/13/26

Location: District Office, Level A Conference Room
Time: 8:30-3:30pm
