Community Budget Survey

The Hayward Unified School District is facing a challenging budget shortfall. As part of the process to identify solutions for resolving this funding gap, the district is seeking input on funding priorities. That includes community and staff town halls and this survey.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Results will be reviewed by district leaders and the Board of Education.

The survey closes December 12.
