Concern/Complaint Management

Concern/Complaint Management

In Hayward Unified School District, with 23,000 plus students we want to build and maintain positive relationships within our community.

If you find that you would like to share a concern regarding a specific school here are some guidelines to follow:

Step 1: If it is a school wide problem, visit with the principal.

Step 2:  Visit with the teacher or guidance counselor.

Step 3: If your concern is not resolved you can reach out to the Academic Director in their respective feeder pattern, or you may call Dr. Michelle Pérez, Coordinator of Prevention, Intervention and Concerns at (510) 784-2600, Extention 72562
